Sugar Free Frosting – How to Cope

Sugar free frosting is nothing to be scared of. But a lot of people won’t eat them for fear of simply not getting something they’d like. This is a common problem-but we have a few solutions. 95% of most things in life are mental. To be frank, you could probably convince yourself that a box of Coco Puffs had anchovies if you worked hard enough. And then you wouldn’t eat it. So, in order to eat it without feeling jipped because you don’t have sugar in it, think of it in a different way!

First of all, acknowledge that there isn’t any sugar in it. This will make your life so much easier and will help you to quickly and easily get to the main part of the cookie/cake/etc-enjoying it! Take note of all of the flavors that you like in your frosting and then those you don’t. Make a list. Then, improve your recipe!
