Dura Ball Pro
The Dura Ball Pro features a 500kg burst immunity and will slowly deflate when severed allowing the user enough time to get off, immensely bringing down the risk of injury.
Gymballs defend deformation below heavy load which implies that sensory directions are stimulated throughout the whole range of motion. It is even resistant to wearing and extending.
Max Ball
The Max Ball features a 750kg burst resistance feature and {will} slowly deflate when severed giving the user time to get off, greatly cutting the hazard of injury.
Independently tested at the University of Newcastle, Australia this ball is originally designed for heavy free-weight training in a commercial surroundings. Its dimpled non-surface keeps the device from slipping when practicing heavy weights.
These appliances have been examined to determine device consistency and have diversely withstood stable loads well in excess of 4000kg with burst immunity to a cargo of 500kg.
This does not portray that the gymball is deflate resistant but it does supply security from explosive deflation. Burst resistance means AOK Gym balls are planned to hold a minimum of 30 seconds to {deflate} if mistakenly punctured.
All gymballs produced are pre-inflated and examined to withstand very low numbers of faulty balls. Over the last 5 years AOK have had a recall rate of less than 0.2%
A gymball with burst immunity to over 500kg may seem excessive, however when seated on a gym ball, the impact of your weight is more larger than your body weight. This is named impingement loading.
This can easily be two and a half times your body weight, so for an 80kg person employing a pair of 10kg dumbbells the impingement load could easily exceed 250kg.
Normal gymballs compress under heavy loads, the MaxBall preserves round shape under heavy loads.
AOK Gymball test
A 2 inch cut was put into the gymball with a sharp knife, simulating an object deflating a gymball on the gym floor.
A 75kg person remained sitting on the gym ball, drawing the air to travel out of it. After around 30 seconds, there was still plenty air in the gym ball to hold the user, giving them adequate time to securely get off the gymball without acquiring injury.
